In this dynamic role, you will provide comprehensive support to [CEO/ Marketing Team] while also contributing to the company's marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance:
ā Manage calendars and schedule appointments
ā Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
ā Prepare and submit expense reports
ā Handle errands as needed
ā Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Marketing:
ā Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and projects
ā Managing content for social media platforms
ā Track and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness
ā Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities
ā Maintain and update company website and social media channels
Qualifications:
ā Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
ā Proven experience in a similar administrative role
ā Strong interest and understanding of marketing principles and practices
ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
ā Strong organizational and time management skills
ā Attention to detail and accuracy
