Job Description
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant - Intelligence, your primary responsibility is to design and set up marketing campaign intelligence on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This is a contractor position for a duration of 6 to 9 months.
Responsibilities
1. Intelligence Module Design and Implementation:
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable intelligence within SFMC.
o Configure and optimize intelligence modules such as Datorama and Einstein to set up robust campaigns performance monitoring and reporting.
o Test implemented intelligence modules
2. Campaign Optimization and Improvement:
o A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements.
o Funnel Tracking: Monitor customer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
o Provide data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness.
3. Content Personalization:
o Implement content personalization using AMPscript.
o Optimize customer journeys based on individual preferences and behaviors.
4. Training and Knowledge Transfer:
o Train our team members on building intelligence within SFMC.
o Share best practices for campaign optimization and analytics.
Qualifications
- Salesforce certified with experience building reporting and dashboards within salesforce environment
- Knowledge of programming languages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specify to AMPscript and SQL
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SFMC modules and BI tools such as PowerBI.
- Experience with Python/PySpark good to have but not required
