• Position Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Indoor)
• Working Location: West – Tuas (Company transport provided at Tuas Link Station)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri: 9 am-5.30 pm, Alternate Sat: 9 am-12.30 pm – WFH)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct indoor sales operations and manage inventory
• Generate quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
• Offer support for administrative, operational, sales, and marketing functions
• Assist the Managing Director and team members with diverse tasks, understanding operational concepts and procedures
• Facilitate communication through email and phone effectively
• Produce high-quality work and demonstrate timely execution
• Coordinate with customers on project details, product needs, and delivery timelines
• Keep an updated record of client contacts

Responsibility:

• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Sales Managers or Proposal Team) to obtain information required for the submission of Tender/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ)
• Obtain the necessary approvals and ensure that proposals are submitted/received timely and compliant with the required mode of submission
• Track and follow up with stakeholders on the status of the proposal
• Prepare Bill of Materials and Costing for Tender/RFP/RFQ submission
• Participate in Tender/RFP/RFQ review meetings and site surveys when necessary;

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/University
• Experience in proposal and bidding life cycle
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) equivalent industry would be an advantage

Salary for experience candidates will be considered based on the years of experience and our internal salary structure

1 month AWS

Variable Bonus ranging from 1 to 3 months depending on individual and company performance

Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm / 8.30 to 5.30 pm / 9.00 am to 6.00 pm / 9.30 am to 6.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm

Working days: Monday to Friday (1 day work from home per week)

Annual Leave: 14 days up to 17 days for non-executive (Assistant Engineer and below)

18 days up to 21 days for executive (Engineer and above)

Medical benefits of $500 per financial year (Benefit is extended to spouse and children (below 21 years old) of married employees)
