As an Outdoor Promoter for our culinary institute, you will be responsible for promoting and selling subsidized culinary courses to potential students. You will engage with individuals at outdoor events, public spaces, and designated locations to communicate the benefits of our culinary programs and persuade them to enroll.
Responsibilities:
1. Promotion and Sales: Actively approach individuals to introduce them to our subsidized culinary courses. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to highlight the advantages of enrolling in our programs.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our culinary courses, including curriculum details, duration, fees, and any additional benefits. Answer inquiries from potential students regarding the program content and outcomes.
3. Lead Generation: Generate leads by capturing contact information of interested individuals. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to encourage enrollment.
4. Event Participation: Attend outdoor events, fairs, markets, and other public gatherings to promote our culinary courses. Set up promotional booths or displays to attract attention and engage with attendees.
6. Target Achievement
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team. Implement effective strategies to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates.
7. Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, interactions with potential students, and sales closed. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements:
1. Sales Experience Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits persuasively.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
