Sales Support:
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and prompt information.
- Order Management: Coordinate customer orders, ensuring efficient and accurate processing. Maintain and update customer portals with relevant data and information.
- Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.
- Data Management: Retrieve and verify data from driver handheld devices, cross-checking it against physical invoices for consistency.
- Reporting: Compile and analyze data for month-end reports, delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Handle additional administrative tasks as required to support the sales and marketing team.
Marketing Support:
- Marketing PO and Invoice Management: Oversee marketing-related purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payments.
- Customer Complaints: Monitor and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments for swift action.
- Marketing Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, such as promotions, events, and product launches.
- Promotional Materials and Collaterals: Collaborate with marketing agencies and distributors to plan and manage production.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities and their outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.
- Experience in marketing administration is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
