Description:
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing campaigns and other campaigns to promote the company’s products/services by blasting promotions via email, social media, WhatsApp etc.
• Write and edit content across various digital platforms and blog posts
• Plan, execute and manage sales campaigns and activities, events, promotions and advertisements
• Handle and resolve feedback, complaints or conflicts
• Tracking and weekly reporting of inbound leads inquiries through digital channels
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
• Degree/ Diploma in Sales/ Marketing or relevant field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience and Graphic Design
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, web technology and digital campaigns
• Full understanding of all social media platforms such as WeChat business Ads, Instagram, Facebook etc.
• Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content.
• Possess good communication (fluent written and spoken English & Mandarin) & excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
