We are currently seeking Sales Supervisors who will report to the Boutique Manager and to support our dynamic team in our exclusive boutiques in Singapore.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Liaise with clients repairs and after-sales service
• Achieve individual sales target and assist the team to achieve the boutique sales target
• Provide high standard of customer services to ensure the services meet and even exceed customers’ expectations
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professional manner
• Build long term relationship with customers
• Support on the preparation and coordination of in-store events
• Maintain boutique daily operations
• Ensure that the security procedures are strictly followed
Your background and competencies/skills
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the luxury retail industry
• Good communication skills
• Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
• Service-minded and sales-driven
• Honest and positive attitude towards work and the customers
• Pronounced quality awareness
