As the Sales Coordinator, you will support our Singapore Sales team in executing our sales strategy and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions to our customers.
Job Descriptions:
• Support Sales Manager in day2day sales planning and execution activities to develop new prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• To work with different databases, systems and help analyse sales performance, reports and dashboards with strong Microsoft excel skills.
• Assisting the team to prepare presentations and reports for quarterly and monthly business reviews with customers.
• To support and generate valuable data analysis and insights related to sales performance/customer spend pattern.
• Handle administrative tasks, address customer inquiries, assist in the creation of sales proposals, and manage team meetings.
Requirement:
• Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• Preferably 1-2 years of sales/sales coordination experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply too
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (i.e Excel)
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
