Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and be up to date on market information and trends
• Be up to date on authorities’ regulations on residential sales
• Handle all sales documentation and show flat-related items
• Develop and carry out marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies to improve the sales for the portfolio assigned
• Plan and manage advertising and promotion budget
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and real estate agents
• General administration support

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in real estate/ marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Strong communication skill
• Good understanding of residential and mixed development marketing
