The Successful Applicant

• About 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality technology, SaaS, or related industries
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, managing large territories, and achieving significant revenue growth.
• In-depth understanding of the APAC and/or Middle Eastern markets, with established networks within the hospitality industry.
• Good leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

• Preparation of budget plans, business plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5 years working at senior managerial level
• Concrete and practical experience of managing a qualitative retail network with directly operated stores
• Client driven profile with a proven experience and results with the acquisition of final clients and prospects
• Work efficiently with the Retail / Multibrand / Ecomm Teams (Store managers and sales teams on operational management, recruitment, planning)
