The Job:

The Administrative Assistant is essential in ensuring the operation is seamless hence allowing us to deliver on our promises to clients.

Responsibilities:

* Process customer order

* Place order with supplier

* Stock in/ stock out of goods for deliveries

* Liaise with freight forwarder to arrange import/ export shipment

* Co-ordinate with sales support team on after-sale service activities

Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma in Biotechnology, Business Administration or Accounting will be ideal

We are currently expanding and looking for sales associate/ senior sales associate who would be responsible for sales generation, delivering a positive customer experience and performing a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards etc.

Some of the main job scope include:

1. Customer Experience

• Greet customers immediately upon entering and exiting the store
• Create a positive first impression for the customers
• Create a clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintain cash wrap cleanliness
• Attempt to style the customers and add on to the sales
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, be updated on current offerings/ sales events and captures customers' information in the database

2. Cooperation & Dependability

• Satisfactory completion of all duties as assigned by management
• Be punctual and adhering to designated work schedule
• Be flexible and working well with peers & management to accomplish duties
• Follow GUESS? Policies and Procedures
• Perform housekeeping duties as required

3. Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in store meetings and other related activities including daily stock maintenance, product transfers, folding and floor change etc.
• Represent a positive attitude towards the merchandise and the company
• Participate in all inventories and set up/ pack up EOS
• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands
• Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented
• Passion for the fashion & luxury goods sector, willing to learn and go beyond the extra mile
• Good command of English - written & spoken, additional language skill is an advantage
• Some scheduled shifts may require standing for a min. of 8 hours - can be on weekends (rotation basis)
• Scheduled shifts may require standing for minimum of 6 - 8 hours
• Occasionally require some heavy lifting of over 30 pounds especially during new stock arrivals/ change of season's collection

• Ensuring that all activities adhere to specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in HVAC Sales is required.
