Sale Supervisor Job Duties

A sales supervisor typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Ensuring that employees have the tools and training they need to succeed in their jobs

• Building relationships with key clients and establishing long-term business partnerships with them

• Reviewing reports from managers to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities for growth in the company’s market share

• Establishing and enforcing company policies regarding customer relations, sales techniques, and ethics

Digital Marketing

• Plan, develop, create and execute all digital marketing campaigns and social efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing and relevant social media channels in line with marine marketing and branding activities;
• Manage the digital frontage of the company website and social media channels & digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to develop, create content and execute marketing plans, enablement tools such as technical articles;

Brand Management

• Develop compelling content and communications strategies to create brand awareness and strengthen brand identity
• Deliver consistent brand message through content write up and design across all communication channels;
• Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development;

MICE

• To assist with preparation of PPT/ Promotional Decks
• Providing supports to all the media, congress, and internal activities
• Co-ordinating with clients, vendors and managements
• Track related expenditure and budget

Others

• Updating marketing handbook/guidelines.
• Any other ad-hoc assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or related discipline
• Preferable min. 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Relevant experience and interest in marine & offshore industry will be advantageous
• Experience with Web analytic tools and SEO/SEM marketing
• Ability to generate creative ideas independently.
• Good Knowledge of MS .Office,Adobe Photoshop, WordPress etc.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken is a pre-requisite for this role.
• The ability to read and write in Mandarin will be a bonus.
• Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Undertake work performance in a professional and efficient manner using discretion, tact initiative, and confidence in meeting deadline;

The Event Content Marketing Specialist position is a full-time role based in Singapore. Your main responsibility consist of developing and executing comprehensive content marketing strategies for events.

As a Event Content Marketing Specialist you will:

• Be accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic,
• engagement, customer retention, etc.
• Writing, editing and proofreading marketing communications content assets including digital assets (website, eDMs, blog posts, and video interviews, etc.)
• Have a basic understanding of SEO, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
• Develop and Manage editorial calendar and organization workflows
• Perform regular measurement and optimization of programs on an ongoing basis
• Cross-functional collaboration with other key teams: production, marketing, graphic designer, editorial, etc.
• Support the organization team during on-ground activations, exhibitions and events.
• Report and present event approaches and results from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base for a content marketing playbook with best practices.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor or Master's degree in any subject.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience is preferred.
• Excellent self-organization, including meeting work targets.
• Possess and unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
• Proactive and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to work closely with the cross functional team.
• Understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, and which content and approaches work on each and why.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, develop, create and execute all digital marketing campaigns and social efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing and relevant social media channels in line with marine marketing activities;for Conpany and associated Companies

6. Updating marketing handbook/guidelines.

8. Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development; Assist to prepare PPT presentations in Technical Conferences as well as Capability Statements, Data sheets, track records etc

9. Work closely with the Business Development team to develop, create content and execute marketing plans, enablement tools such as technical articles;

10. To provide comprehensive executive assistance support to VP Technology;

11. Providing supports to all the events, in coordinating with clients, vendors and managements level

REQUIREMENTS

1. Proficient in communications & market research, great interest in marine & offshore industry.

2. Knowledge of marketing and reasonable understanding of brands

3. Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point, outlook, Photoshop, WordPress, canva etc.)

4. Good digital communication skills (SEO, web traffic metrics and social media platforms)

5. Ability to generate new ideas with little if any inspiration.

6. Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

7. Reliable and responsible, committed and has the availability to work flexible hours dependent on requirement

8. Preferable min 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role

9. Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication, interpersonal & organization skills

10. Fluent in English (both verbal & written)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales of Aviation cleaning chemicals
• Managing and maintaining relationship with Principal Account
• Service & maintain good customers’ relationship with existing accounts
• Managing in-direct sales channel & resellers under your account
• Opening of new accounts / exploring new business opportunities
• Handling customer’s enquiry & requirements
• Placing & managing orders
• Performing pricing analysis
• Inventory management
• Maintenance of customers’ database & updates
• Delivery presentation at customers’ visits
• Generate sales data, Management reports from Auto Count
• Weekly & monthly submission of sales report & sales plan
• Preparing invoices, coordinate delivery schedule and liaising with warehouse on picking of stocks
• Preparation of basic export documentation, e.g., packing list, calculation of weight & volume
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with sales experience in B2B and B2C
• Good selling skills & presentation skills
• Confident in presenting company’s portfolio to customers
• Possesses Class 3 driving license with own vehicle
