Admin Assitant Responsibilities:

To prepare necessary documents required for Arrival and deployment of domestic helpers

To coordinate with overseas suppliers

To update the list of availability of helpers

To assist the sales team with admin work

Able to do simple accounting

Requirements:

With experience working in Maid agency/ Sales admin will be an advantage

Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel.

Good communication skills with good customer service

Responsible and meticulous at work

Able to multi-task & meet datelines

Friendly and willing to learn attitude!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Management and Growth (30%)

• Monitor performance dashboards and proactively manage performance, budget pacing, and campaign opportunities for all accounts.

• Measure and report channel and campaign performance against goals to stakeholders.
• Develop media plans and performance marketing strategies, providing tactical recommendations and optimizations.
• Execute campaigns hands-on when necessary and maintain knowledge of company services and digital marketing solutions for effective client communication.

Client Servicing (30%)

• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to align client and company goals.
• Conduct Discovery Workshops quarterly, maintaining a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and advertising objectives.
• Manage all client communications, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with deliverables.
• Facilitate two-way communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring proper representation and alignment of expectations.

Project Management (20%)

• Lead and brief marketing and creative projects, communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure quality of deliverables, manage team workload and priorities, and prevent over-servicing.
• Supervise and apply quality control on tasks while staying updated on promotional campaigns and execution.

Team Management and Development (20%)

• Provide guidance and motivation to enhance team performance.
• Coordinate and request training to address team capacity, capabilities, and skill gaps.
• Flag issues to management and contribute to resolving team challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

• At least 3 years of experience in client servicing and team lead capacity working in a Digital Marketing Agency
• At least 1 year of managing multiple marketing projects
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
• Skilled proficiency in directly managing and strategizing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads as a minimum

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

• Proficiency in the following is an advantage: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Workspace Suite

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Campaign Management and Execution (50%)

• Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner
• Proactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc.
• Prioritize conflicting tasks and actively communicate tasks progress and completion time to manage stakeholder expectations
• Perform corrective actions for performance and budget pacing 
• Thoroughly review all outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and best practice
• Assist in the onboarding of a new client when necessary 
• Liaise with contractors and freelancers for support in campaign execution 

Investigation & Reporting (30%)

• Proactively monitor and communicate campaign performance to immediate stakeholders
• Assess, investigate, and resolve campaign issues and poor performance
• Produce insightful reports (ad hoc and scheduled) for the allocated channels
• Initiate discussions with managers on growth strategies
• Employs analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to effectively and efficiently manage campaigns
• Collaborate with the Data team to continually provide feedback to optimize client dashboards more efficiently and effectively
• Reach out to senior support immediately and proactively when across arduous issues

Communication & Collaboration (20%)

• Contribute ideas and insights to the development of digital strategies for paid campaigns, including strategic roadmaps, media plans, experiments, and promotional campaigns
• Provide task briefs to other departments such as Creative and Data
• Effectively communicate internally and externally with direct stakeholders
• Acknowledge and respond to client communication

To assist the publicity and recruitment team in implementing initiatives to promote the services and programs of Boys’ Town Fostering Services (BTFS) as well as to recruit foster parents.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing

• To coordinate and execute Foster Parents recruitment or outreach activities at various locations
• To create regular content and maintain the social media of BTFS
• To assist with the execution of the marketing plan to effectively market BTFS services and programmes
• To assist the Senior Executive with designing marketing materials and collaterals
• To assist and ensure that marketing materials and collaterals are kept properly and accounted for
• To participate in the quarterly review of foster parent recruitment strategies with the Head of BTFS

Administration

• To support and assist the Senior Executive with recruiting foster parents
• To assist the Senior Executive to facilitate the screening process of foster parent applicants

• To assist in enrolling newly approved foster parents for compulsory foster parent training
