About the Role

Join a dynamic team to lead growth marketing initiatives for Consumer Apps. As a Marketing Manager, you’ll design in-product experiments, manage feature launches, and ensure seamless communication between global and local teams. Your work will play a vital role in driving user engagement and optimizing product performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in-product growth experiments across channels such as push notifications, homepages, and email campaigns.

• Analyze and report on marketing campaigns at channel, country, and campaign levels.

• Develop streamlined processes and growth opportunities across APAC markets.

• Collaborate with global and local teams to launch features and marketing assets.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline).

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience, with expertise in push notifications, email campaigns, and user funnel optimization.

• Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills.

• Experience in A/B testing and managing marketing experiments.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

• Growth-focused mindset with an eye for high-impact experimentation.

Be part of the FHA marketing team to deliver engaging omni-channel marketing campaigns to increase event branding, attendance, engagement and partnership collaborations. 

Marketing Planning & Execution
•    Manage and develop content across marketing assets and channels from print to online including website, direct mailers, social media platforms and event app
•    Develop compelling messaging, positioning and creative assets that aligns with target audience and marketing objectives 
•    Ensure all marketing materials are high-quality, accurate, and delivered on time
•    Management of photographers and videographers for event coverage, interviews and testimonials 
•    Track industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Analytics & Lead Generation
•    Identify and segment target audiences to maximize event reach and engagement
•    Use of online / enterprise systems for marketing purposes and database management
•    Data Management including data mining to improve customer segmentation and targeting as well as campaign performance
•    Track, evaluate and report results for marketing campaigns
•    Measure customer satisfaction by developing surveys and provide insights

Marketing Innovation
•    Ensure adoption and optimization of new marketing trends and technologies 
•    Monitor performance to deliver effective and impactful campaigns
•    Develop and execute audience engagement strategies that create interactive and memorable experiences as well as to encourage attendee involvement
•    Design and implement gamified experiences, contests, and other activities to capture the attention of attendees and encourage booth visits.

Partnership and Collaboration
•    Manage working relationship with creative agencies, partners and vendors
•    Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business operations.
•    Preparation of publicity contracts & materials to engage trade and media partners
•    Ensure that partnership deliverables are executed timely

Job Details:

• Contract: 6 months (start in Feb 2025)
• Industry: FMCG
• Location: Toa Payoh
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist to brainstorm trade marketing strategies with sales and brand teams.
• Working with external agency to create and develop promotional and marketing materials that are align with the brand and retailer guidelines.
• Coordinate with brand and sales team on execution.
• Conduct market visits regularly to monitor competitor activities and strategized marketing plans with the team.
• Assist with monthly marketing budgeting reports and filling.
• Assisting with market surveys
• Review promotions executive to ensure profitability.
• Other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing or similar capacity will be a plus
• Willing to travel within Singapore to conduct store visits
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Comfortable with market data analysis (AC Nielsen, Internal Sales Data)
• Self-motivated and takes initiative.
