Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and prospective customers, nurturing long-term partnerships.

Prospect, identify, and secure new sales opportunities while fostering existing client relationships for ongoing business growth.

Conduct market research to understand client needs, craft effective media plans, and develop customized strategies to meet their business goals.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver optimal solutions that drive business performance for clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or digital marketing is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

Proven experience with digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic ads, is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive approach to client engagement.

Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of market trends.
