HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

· Fulfil the role of a member of the Trade Marketing department in areas not limited to the below:

o Develop, plan and manage trade marketing related functions

o Take charge of business activities aligned with objectives and in compliance with legal and policy requirements including activities executed by Trade Reps

In this team, we not only use recommendation and search algorithms to help users find items they are interested in but also employ risk control algorithms and intelligent platform governance algorithms to detect violations, ensuring a secure shopping experience. - Participate in optimizing TikTok e-commerce growth and marketing algorithms, including core capabilities such as user value modelling, personalized messaging, recommendations, and intelligent marketing.
