Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose:
The security maintenance consultant is required to provide support and preventive maintenance service to customer, to address and resolve customer’s system fault.   The person will be exposed to different products and technologies and experience different industry sectors.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical consulting and advice

• Respond to customer enquires and/or fault resolution request

• Engage in technical problem solving across multiple technologies

• Manage and maintain the equipment store

• Make arrangement to send faulty equipment back to vendor for repair

• Perform preventive maintenance for customer

• Conduct network troubleshoot
  Education Qualification:
  Degree or higher

Regional Specialist, Marketing

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing communications for B2C and B2B products in SEA region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam). This position reports to the Head of Department and plays key role to integrate with Digital and PR teams in building a strong brand for the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with regional business units on the development and execution of marketing strategies and content development for new product launches.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing plan and coordinate regional B2B campaigns to enhance brand presence and drive lead generation and sales conversion.
• Create compelling and targeted content for offline and online platforms.
• Plan and execute events to enhance brand visibility in the region.
• Ensure strict adherence to the brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to marketing to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of regional marketing communications.
• Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budget and deliverables adhere to communication guidelines and given timeline.
