Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

Manage the planning, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across all platforms within HOST’s portfolio, including event marketing, cross-functional responsibilities, engagement, content marketing, and social media amplification.

6. Creative Content Production

Lead the execution of content materials and creative briefs (e.g. IG Stories, reels, short videos) that resonate with the target audience. Visual assets should be persuasive, value-adding, and impactful to drive action. Adherence to schedules and attention to brand guidelines are key.

7. Brand Management:

Actively manage and maintain HOST’s brand identity on digital platforms such as Google and Facebook to maximize community engagement and brand exposure.

8. Market Research:
Be the subject matter of the brand. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Utilise market research to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.

9. Collateral Development:
Ability to create digital kits and creative briefs for external vendors to create compelling marketing collaterals to effectively persuade and communicate the outlet’s value proposition.

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new users, and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Manage and grow WerkSG's social media presence across platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners for advertising and promotional activities.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
• Organize and participate in events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

As a Marketing Associate , you will need to :-

• Owns the master product information of all details and specifications; acts as the product go-to person in the organization.
• Devise product marketing plans for how the products will be sold, different sales channels, price point & advertising, in both local & overseas markets.
• End to end project management of new products development cycle from ideation to go-to-market launch.
• Conduct market research, derive data from online tools & social listening, consumer sampling surveys, internal feedbacks, etc.; to understand market trends and consumer likes into snacking and providing recommendations to business teams.
• Work with internal teams such as R&D, Design, Supply Chain and Business teams to project manage and ensure key milestones are met i.e. new products, new pouch sizes, etc.
• Manage & execute Lo Hong Ka and Jynns products' positioning as a consolidated products portfolio for the organization.
• Responsible for product features copywriting, product description, products' ad copy and product design feedback.
• Responsible for products' content, online and offline, to ensure the copies are compelling to audiences.
• Work with Malaysia Marketing Team to improve and on part on all marketing plans
• To act as the communication point for both Malaysia and Singapore Marketing Team
• To support the General Manager to run a smooth operation in Singapore

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Product Marketing, Branding, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a product marketing and/or product branding position, or in a similar role.
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. coordinated product launch in more than 1 market).
• Conducted marketing analysis before with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Good understanding of how FMCG products are being sold.
• Creative and keen eye for detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Scientific Sales Support and Executive Assistant to the General Manager plays a dual role mainly in facilitating sales operations while providing some essential administrative support to the General Manager. This position involves mainly in coordinating sales activities with some schedule management activities and ensuring efficient communication amongst teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Division, including sales order processing, generating reports, and preparing quotations.
  Compile and manage tender documents for submission.
