Responsibilities
· Perform market research and analysis, including competitor analyses, sales forecasts, and monitoring new market trends, to support proposed marketing programs and new product introductions.
· Take responsibility for presales activities and post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the region. Negotiate Commercial related topics with key customers / partners.
· Visit customers to perform technical qualification of potential projects and update potential sales opportunities with the global sales team.
· Organize and Coordinate trainings for customers and regional partners.
· Stay informed about new product launches and acquire technical knowledge about them.
· Prepare and propose technical slides, demo kits, and other materials as required by market conditions.
· Take responsibility for loan/sample requests and work with the sales team to ensure maximum results.
· Develop product go-to-market programs to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.
· Support RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Provide weekly updates to the supervisor.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
· At least 5-8 years relevant experience
· Knowledge of marketing management, product planning, and sales forecast principles, methods, and practices.
· Proven analytical capabilities for competitive assessment, market research, and strategic planning.
· Experience in Process Safety Applications will be an added advantage.
· Familiarity with and a preference for working in an SME-type structure.
· Occasional travel in the region is required.
