• Front-to-back responsibility for the account opening process of end-clients of our institutional partners by conducting proper documentation review and preparing KYC pack for Compliance

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales – Fairmont & Raffles AEMEA you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and increase Fairmont market share. • Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations leadership, finance, and revenue management, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Provide input and participate in the development of campaigns, pricing strategies, and product/service enhancements to drive revenue growth.

As a direct seller, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our health and wellness products directly to customers.

This is a commission-based role, meaning you will earn a percentage of each sale you make.

You will be employed under Y Suites by Wee Hur Hospitality Pte Ltd (Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, which is the entity that is responsible for the success of our PBSA management brand. You will report directly to the Assistant Manager, Sales & Reservations and Regional Senior Manager, Business Development. You will be required to work closely with our Sales team in Singapore and BD team in China.

• Event Coordination and Management: plan, organize and manage events (customer events, product launches, trainings) within the facility, working closely with the internal stakeholders. Secure practical arrangement for customer events and classroom training delivery such as equipment availability, participants logistics, catering, etc…

4. Data Protection Representative

Data Protection Representative (DPR) are data privacy ambassadors within Getinge and shall assist the Global

Data Protection Officers (GDPO) with tasks relating to data privacy.

The DPR should:

• Redirect employees to GDPOs for guidance on data privacy matters;
• Inform the GDPO and provide assistance in case of suspected data breach or a risk of such breach;
• Provide information to the GDPO about new processes, projects or services that may involve processing of personal data;
