Responsibilities:
· Data entry of sales and purchase order
· Liaising with customers and suppliers for order and delivery
· Performing forecasting/planning of goods order/delivery
· Handle sales order processing and other sales-related support and administrative duties
· Generate quotation and follow up with customer
· Develop a new account to expand the client base
· Price negotiation with customers
· Prepare sales reports regularly
· Handle all sales-related activities and documentation (Stock order, Packing List, Delivery Order & Invoices)
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent
· At least 2 years experience in preparing importing/exporting documentation
· Able to perform with minimal supervision and a team player
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of ERP System
