Manager, Product Marketing and Learning

FUNCTION SUMMARY

  • Support the deployment of the Product Marketing Strategy for ASEAN countries in alignment with Global Product Areas and SSUs.
  • Lead, coordinate and administrate the regional training activities to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain an effective set-up and ensure the best utilization of the Regional Experience Centre for customer events, product and technical trainings.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Marketing (ASEAN countries)

Jointly, with Managing Directors, Sales and Service Directors:

  • Comprehensive Launch Management: develop and execute detailed product launch plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness and timely release (incl. training materials, sales tools and customer-facing content).
  • Post-Launch Optimization: monitor launch performance, gather and analyze customer feedback, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and enhance future product launches.
  • Stakeholders and KOL Coordination: serve as central point of contact for all launch-related activities coordinating efforts across multiple teams and for interacting with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Sales tools: develop sales enablement tools, training, and collateral for each stage of the customer journey.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to develop and promote the Getinge brand.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to lead the digital evolution of the business including marketing automation and social media.

2. Coordination & Administration of Training Delivery

  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders (Sales, Service, HR, QRC, Finance, etc...) to develop and manage the overall training plan for quarterly or longer time periods.
  • Responsible for the execution of planned training programs in the region conducted by local trainers.
  • Maintain and acquire new regional/local trainers to execute training programs.
  • Maintain an effective setup and use of regional training centers/hubs to ensure that the region can deliver training independently.
  • Class administration in Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Administrate access requests from external users in MyProfile.
  • Coordination of trainers, participants, facilities, equipment and other resources.
  • Coordination of site administration (classroom delivery), i.e. securing practical arrangements in collaboration with local support (material preparation, participant logistics, catering, etc…).
  • Monitor training related pre- and post-work.
  • Collection, consolidation and sharing of participant and facilitator feedback.
  • Continuously follow up on certification and recertification activities for customer facing staff to ensure compliance.
  • Support audits by retrieving training data upon request.

3. Regional Experience Centre (Singapore)

Maintain an effective set-up and ensure the best utilization of the Regional Experience Centre for customer

events, product and technical trainings.

  • Operational Management: oversee day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre ensuring a clean, organized and welcoming environment for customers, external and internal visitors. Coordinate regular maintenance of equipment and facility.
  • Event Coordination and Management: plan, organize and manage events (customer events, product launches, trainings) within the facility, working closely with the internal stakeholders. Secure practical arrangement for customer events and classroom training delivery such as equipment availability, participants logistics, catering, etc…
  • Customer Experience: ensure that the facility always exhibites the latest and most relevant product offering and deliver the best customer experience.

4. Data Protection Representative

Data Protection Representative (DPR) are data privacy ambassadors within Getinge and shall assist the Global

Data Protection Officers (GDPO) with tasks relating to data privacy.

The DPR should:

  • Redirect employees to GDPOs for guidance on data privacy matters;
  • Inform the GDPO and provide assistance in case of suspected data breach or a risk of such breach;
  • Provide information to the GDPO about new processes, projects or services that may involve processing of personal data;
  • Provide information and assistance to the GDPO if there are suspicions or concerns of non-compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations;
  • Follow the GDPOs directives and recommendations regarding data privacy;
  • Act as a relay between services and departments responsible for identifying and checking the information entered for local data processing activities, then updating it in the Data Privacy compliance tool.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with capturing training needs.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and management of needs with limited resources.
  • Proven project management skills and experience.
  • Academic degree or equivalent within the are of business, training, sales or marketing.
  • Strong experience from working close to the market and understanding the processes of a regional sales and service unit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives.
  • Solid experience from working with various Office-Programs and Content Management Systems.
  • Strong experience from working close to the market and proactively supporting a sales team.
  • Up-to-date, integrative marketing, advertising and communication knowledge (incl. digital)
  • Curiosity to learn and understand customer needs, and to develop marketing activities that facilitate lead generation.
  • Business oriented, structured mind-set.
  • Manage agencies and vendors.
  • Budget responsibility.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to proactively resolve issues.
  • Fluent in English and other language/s spoken in region covered.
  • Intercultural skills and capability to work in a cross-functional global team
  • The role might require international travel.
