Job Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
· Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to position
2. Lead Generation:
· Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online research.
· Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential value and strategic fit.
3. Advisory Skills:
· Capable of recognizing and comprehending the supply chain challenges and operations of potential clients, and aligning them with practical solutions.
· Able to showcase the ability to generate intelligent and practical ideas contributing to the project's overall success.
4. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry partners.
· Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet those needs.
5. Sales and Revenue Growth:
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
· Present and pitch company products/services confidently and competently to potential clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business needs and objectives.
6. Proposal Development:
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospects, internal stakeholders and management showcasing the value proposition
· Collaborate with the internal team to create customized solutions that meet client requirements.
7.Negotiation and Closure:
· Take ownership of the entire SAAS sales process and client journey.
· Lead negotiation processes to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
· Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and standards.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in any Major
· Experience selling in the Saas (software as a service)
· Experience in business development, consulting.
· Experience in business process re-engineering at executive level.
· Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles and practices, including demand generation
strategies and lead generation methodologies.
· Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and processes such as: ERP, Engineering, BOM,
· Estimating, Sales Order Processing, MRP, Work Orders, Production Planning, Scheduling,
· Inventory Management, Purchasing, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management.
· Contacts within manufacturing marketplace that can be leveraged to build a pipeline
· Demonstrate a solid approach to the sales process with creativity and vision
· Proficiency in PC and Internet skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
· sales force automation and web meeting tools.
· Strong follow-up skills
· Ability to travel 30 – 50% of the time and flexibility in work schedule
· Ability to communicate with & present to all levels within a manufacturing environment
· Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with Executive Level, Operational Level,
IT, or business owners.

· Implement and follow successful sales processes
· Be a Self-starter & independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
