· Proactively identify and pursue business partnership opportunities (B2B sales) to grow the organization’s corporate client base.
· Establish and nurture strong relationships with business partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs to deliver customized training solutions.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design, plan, and execute impactful outreach initiatives, such as roadshows and career fairs.
· Represent the organization at corporate events, showcasing training and development services.
· Collaborate closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and service quality remains exceptional.
· Promote teamwork and alignment among internal and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
· Provide timely follow-ups with corporate clients, offering expert guidance to address inquiries and deliver personalized solutions.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree Holder.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
· Prior working experience in L&D industry would be advantageous.
