About the job
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities would includes
- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aimed at achieving key performance indicators and return on investment
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze post-campaign results, track budgets, and prepare detailed reports for internal review.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities, enhancing awareness and engagement for the mall's events.
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with tenants to encourage participation in mall programs and initiatives that drive sales growth.
- Manage and enhance the mall’s social media platforms, integrating online and offline promotional activities.
- Actively monitor social media interactions and leverage insights to improve customer experience and strengthen brand identity.
- Maintain and regularly update content across digital and social media platforms to ensure relevancy and engagement.
Skills and experience required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within a retail environment.
- Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
