As a Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive for FHA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our events. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract attendees, and foster partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns for our exhibitions, leveraging a variety of channels including digital, social media, public relations, and traditional marketing.
• Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and website content.
• Oversee event registration processes, including online and on-site registration, email confirmations, and attendee inquiries.
• Coordinate with external vendors and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and services.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and exhibitors.
• Undertake ad-hoc marketing requests as needed.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent is required to support the Parfums Christian Dior Singapore product marketing team to drive animations, events, and store activations, as well as to provide day-to-day administrative support.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Activations

• Assist product marketing team on planning campaigns, including ideation, sourcing, and liaising with vendors and discussion with internal stakeholders to ensure relevancy of activities planned.
• Assist product marketing team in execution of campaign activities including liaising with store managers and scheduling of trade event activities to ensure smooth flow of activities.
• Manage social calendar and assist with visual cropping and artwork creation.

Administrative Support

• Assist the team on monthly internal ordering of samples & gifts.
• Assist the team on vendor creation, PO raising, quotation & invoice tracking.
• Weekly key products performance tracking and competitor monitoring.
• Compile post-event / post-launch reports for monitoring of ROI for each activity.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide professional and prompt customer service through the creation of a rewarding end-to-end journey in different customer touchpoints. Support the IKEA for Business Sales Support Specialist in initiating business development activities, including establishing, verifying leads, and following up through multi-touchpoint initiatives to provide a base for sales activities. Manage and provide various sales support information to enable the selling team to engage and meet our customers’ needs in all touchpoints.
