Job Description – Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly capable Marketing Manager to join our team to spearhead the growth of our inbound sales channels.

Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will get to develop and implement marketing strategies as well as to monitor and evaluate advertising campaign performance to drive continual improvement. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping SHRI’s brand identity and keeping its industry presence.
Responsibilities
· Develop strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and drive quality traffic our platforms.
· Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning to implementation.
· Create compelling and effective content for our platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
· Cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies and vendors
· Monitor and manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and optimise resource allocation.
· Review and approve marketing material, including website banners, brochures and case studies to ensure brand consistency.
· Utilise web analytics tools to measure campaign performance to assess KPIs and ROIs.
Requirements
· Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns to achieve business objectives.
· Proficiency in web analytics tools and ability to translate creative concepts into effective advertising initiatives.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· A passionate and result-oriented marketing professional, looking to make a difference in the People Management industry.
