As a Executive Assistant, you will be based out of our Singapore Office.

Your primary responsibility will involve delivering exceptional and prompt guidance and assistance to the Director regarding various aspects of office administration, scheduling, and the successful completion of designated tasks. You must have exceptional time management skills.

Assist director to provide quotation to customer and follow up on inquiry.

Assist director on all administrative tasks.

Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.

Any other adhoc additional functions mandated by Management.

Required to read and write Mandarins candidates need to liaise with ChinaHQ counterparts.

Experience in freight forwarding / Shipping Line preferred.
