Duties of Technical Sales Engineer:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts using effective account management processes.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
• Identify sales opportunities with new and existing clients and update them on service offerings.
• Draft proposals, coordinate processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
