This will help us increase loyalty and optimize our strategies, such as creating personalized activation and call-to-action plans for each group within the Kosong Plan journey, which will lead to cross-selling and up-selling revenue opportunities.
3. Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer calls and inquiries.
• Prepare quotation for various product parts.
• Prepare internal and external sales reports and related documents.
• To manage parts inventory. To ensure sufficient stocks on hand, incoming and outgoing stocks.
