• Support sales, marketing, and onboarding efforts for eVouchers and monetization strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness and accelerate growth marketing. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless marketing campaign execution while managing the marketing budget to maximize results. You’ll have the opportunity to influence key initiatives related to customer acquisition, sales growth, and overall brand expansion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving Growth & Revenue:

• Create and implement strategies to boost brand awareness and increase revenue growth through customer acquisition, member’s retention and loyalty
• Focus on identifying opportunities and using performance-based channels such as CRM and loyalty programs to drive revenue

3.Budget Management & Business Analytics:

• Take ownership of the P&L and budget for all sales and marketing initiatives
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance and proper documentation
• Analyse marketing performance data to measure success and optimize strategies. Use A/B testing and data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts and track ROI
• Implement systems to track and report sales and marketing performance systematically

4. Brand Building & Collaborations:

• Strengthen the brand’s identity across all channels and collaborate with brand owners through strategic partnerships to evaluate organizational goals
• Plan and execute multi-channel brand marketing across digital, social media and email, ensuring strong content marketing that aligns with growth objectives

5. Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with other Heads of Departments, promoting creativity and collaboration. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks.

Experience and Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
• Minimum 5 years in marketing at leading FMCG company with a focus on growth marketing
• Skilled in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Brand & Marketing team in new store openings, new product launches and marketing-related events and activities.
• Assist in preparation of outlets' collateral requirements and dissemination.
• Copywriting and vetting for communication materials, online channel management and website updates.
• Work with appointed agencies and assist Senior Executive to manage the brand's social media platforms.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments, liaison with mall A&P teams on ad spaces and mall campaigns.
• Support the Senior Executive in various administrative matters such as raising of internal forms and memo generation.

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of the Greater China team and be able to set our marketing strategy, as well as be hands-on, and develop a strong trusted relationship working hand-in-hand with sales teams to drive successful user outcomes. As the marketing leader, you’ll own the field marketing function and will set and execute a marketing strategy that delivers high-quality leads, sales pipeline, and ultimately revenue. You will be a self starter, working closely alongside Product Marketing, Sales Development and other marketing specialist contractor resources. As this is a newly created position, you will have an opportunity to lead the greater China marketing function at Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Craft and lead the greater China marketing strategy and execute field marketing programs across enterprise customer segments (established enterprises, digital native businesses, software platforms, ), with emphasis on the enterprise segment while solidly collaborating with Sales, SDRs, SAs and Professional services.
• Own key business and revenue metrics across the sales funnel (pipeline) and customer growth and retention.
• Develop a strong trusted relationship with the greater China sales team, working closely with sales leadership and sales development to jointly grow pipeline.
• Partner with Asia Pacific demand generation and product marketing to refine our targeting and segmentation, and to identify, scope, and produce or localize compelling content, marketing assets and programs to drive demand
• Define and execute full funnel marketing plans including digital channels and content, demand generation campaigns with partners, sales prospecting programs inc ABM, virtual and in-person field events, and third party tradeshows and conferences
• Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts
• Be creative in finding new ways of advising a diverse range of ‘local personas’ about the value Stripe brings to exporting Chinese businesses

Minimum requirements

• 8+ years of relevant B2B demand generation and/or field marketing experience with 5+ years focused on the greater China market.
• Experience working with Chinese enterprise segment targeting cross border organizations through content localisation and content marketing, event management, partnership marketing, and multi-touch campaigns to generate demand.
• Proven track record of defining and executing Chinese B2B regional marketing strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs
• Mandarin speaking ability is required as you’ll be engaging with some of our most complex China based merchants, agencies and partners
• Proven leadership capability and effectiveness working collaboratively and cross functionally:Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner
  Experience working as a Marketing leader partnering with extended marketing teams, and leveraging central APAC capabilities and resources to lead growth in field marketing programs and events, executive programs and partner programs.
  
• Experience scaling through/and or leveraging agency, partner and contractor resources
• Understanding and/or experience with CRM, account-based marketing and email marketing tactics and technology
