Accountabilities and deliverables
1. Implement Procurement purpose, vision, strategies and governance.
2. Lead Procurement team overseeing the definition and execution of functional goals.
3. Promote one team spirit between all regions to enable sharing of best practices and knowledge.
4. Support Global Procurement People strategy and culture (incl. DEI, employee engagement and well-being).
5. Self-manage adherence to defined governance, policies, and processes.
6. Protect all company’s assets by putting in place internal control system and procedures.
7. Protect reputation of Asahi by following applicable legislation.
8. Drive Sustainable Procurement (incl. CSR) and Procurement innovation strategies and projects.
9. Create and implement category strategies.
10. Execute strategic sourcing plans to maximize the value for the business.
11. Build and enhance strong stakeholder relationship across all Procurement activities.
12. Develop and maintain strong partnership with suppliers including performance and quality assurance.
13. Manage and track plans and budgets including objectives, key value drivers and related KPIs.
14. Risk management focusing on extended agenda: price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability.
15. Contribute to achieving operational excellence for Procurement, including its processes and systems.
16. Drive continuous improvement of Procurement capabilities and practices in alignment with the overall Asahi strategy and external benchmarks.

Marketing: Closely working with HQ team to own and be responsible for the entire Go To Market strategy for the segment, planning and driving activities from leads generation, product launches to channel programs and branding campaigns.

To develop new product lines and build the foundation before handling over to Product Manager.
Lead cross-functional team to complete products plan to meet business requirements and deliver to market on time.
Plan business objectives and deliverables for each product.
Evaluate market demands and review market trends.
Coordinate with product core team to deal with key-tasks effectively and efficiently.
Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape
Identifying opportunities to out-position competitors based on areas of product differentiation, both in the short and long term
Establish brand awareness and preference within the market by defining product & brand positioning.
Work with internal stakeholders (HQ and local teams) to implement global marketing direction as well as develop local value proposition/messaging for consumer product line up in respective target markets.
