We are ideally looking for someone with have strong Sales Background and knowledge in the Renovation and Carpentry industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Sales duties at the showroom, inclusive of promoting loose furniture and interior design services

- Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner

- Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals

- Manage the whole sales cycle, such as providing support to customers on product selection, with regards to interior design, furniture, lighting etc

- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams, and sub-contractors

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the entire process of import and export operations for bulk commodities, including issuing and reviewing letters of credit, tracking shipping schedules, and preparing and reviewing import documentation;
2. Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments such as freight forwarding, customs clearance, insurance, and warehousing;
3. Establish and organize business records, prepare relevant business ledgers and reconciliation statements, and maintain communication with customers and the company’s backend departments;
4. Effectively manage order tracking, promptly follow up and coordinate to address any issues affecting delivery, ensuring timely delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or related fields;
