• Support marketing and publicity efforts to raise awareness of the Company Mobile App and educate users on specific features on the app.
• Liaise with the appointed creative agency or internal teams to create the publicity collaterals such as key visuals, short-form videos, etc.
• Manage in-app marketing assets and work with internal business units to curate effective content to support airport wide publicity and drive campaign visibility and click-throughs.
• Monitor, measure, and analyse app usage, engagement, and marketing performance to derive insights for optimisation of marketing spend and maximising of ROI.
• Monitor and follow-up with users on feedback and reviews across all channels to facilitate product enhancement and optimization efforts.
• Support other app related operations such as content population, link/QR code creation and inventory management.
• Perform other general duties such as administrative tasks, app releases, and other relevant areas in support of app development and growth.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (or any other design software), and basic photo/video-taking
• Creative flair with keen acumen on customer-centricity
• A good team player that is resourceful and able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
