Job Summary:

• Responsible for business development & sales initiatives for company’s entire aftermarket portfolio within their assigned region.
• Focus on new business development, customer relationship building, intelligence gathering, as well as identifying/supporting key customer accounts, win strategy & proposal development, and leading aftermarket sales growth initiatives in region.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and aftermarket support teams.

General Responsibilities:

• Responsible for aftermarket business development and revenue growth for company’s portfolio of aftermarket services.
• Serves as the primary contact for customers for all aftermarket sales related opportunities.
• Supports regional funnel growth (initiatives, data analysis, data integrity) in Salesforce.com.
• Assists customers with identification of necessary parts and accessories as needed.
• Actively seeks and identifies cross-sell and up-sell service opportunities for aftermarket products & services.
• Develops and implements regional marketing & sales strategies in conjunction with the Marketing team that increase customer awareness of our capabilities and contribute to the financial goals and objectives of the company.

• Assists in any required M & A activities.
• Attends tradeshows and MR&O conferences as directed by management.
• Coordinates with aircraft RSM's to ensure one company voice to the customer.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for all near term and long-term opportunities in region.
• Foster a positive relationship between the customer and the company service network

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree and aircraft maintenance experience (10 years)
• 10+ years of related professional experience include a combination of aviation maintenance, sales, customer support and service

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role combines digital marketing and business development activities, focusing on growing the brand through social media management, performance advertising, event planning, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Create engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends to stay competitive and implement effective strategies.
• Engage with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Performance Advertising

• Plan, create, and manage performance-based ad campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs.

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
