Job responsibilities
a) Full spectrum of support to account managers - Issue quotations, prepare Bill of Quantities based on customers’ requirements, process sales orders, sample orders, service orders accurately and in a timely manner.
b) Generate and send invoices to customers via email or through online portals
c) Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their requirements.
d) Support in preparing design presentations and sample/mood boards proposal based on customer requirements and other necessary project deliverables (layouts, shop drawings).
e) Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials, which include attending tender briefings from time to time.
f) Promote products in the space, greet and assist customers and manage phone, email and walk-in enquiries on all products
g) Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone, fax, email and walk-in customers.
h) Assist in resolving incoming customers’ issues relating to orders.
i) Coordinate projects with internal operation teams and manage projects to completion

7. Experience in using ERP software eg Oracle/SAP
8. Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordinating
