Your Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing the strategic sales plan for ADM Pet Nutrition to achieve the sales targets for Singapore and export markets (Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand and as assigned)
• Collaborate and support the Commercial Development Manager, APEC to develop and grow ADM Pet Nutrition business in Singapore and export markets (Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand and as assigned)
• Work closely with ADM Asia Pet Nutrition team to develop ADM global brands in the Singapore and export markets including new product launch plans
• To develop and work closely with distributors to drive ADM Pet Nutrition distribution coverage and route to market in pet shops, vet clinics, modern on-trade and optimize the channel mix
• Pricing and SKU optimization and management
• Participate in the Annual Budget preparation
• Participate in monthly forecast updates and S&OP process
• Work with relevant parties (registration, supply chain, sales forecast, local regulations…) to ensure good management of stocks level and to ensure the products are available
• Understand and provide feedback to ADM Asia Petfood on market intelligence database to identify the opportunities, improvements, levers of development for the marketing mix
• Work with Pet Nutrition Marketing to ensure compliances with global brand guidelines and develop ADM Pet brand awareness in the Philippines
• Based on local market information and needs, together with Asia Pet Solutions, define the pricing structure and strategy and develop the corresponding commercial policy for discounts and rebates
• Conduct business review and training with distributors to ensure good management of distributors

Your Profile

• University Degree in Business Management, Veterinary Science or similar field. Vet Science candidates preferred
• 8 to 10 years’ experience in international and multicultural working environment, multinational companies, ideally from Pet Care, FMCG, Animal Nutrition companies including commercial / distribution management
• Extensive knowledge of commercial management
• Should work with or know about distribution management, B2B, market information tools.
• Experience in managing distributors
• Full professional proficiency in English. Second language is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethics
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team

Job Summary: The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for building and growing channel sales in the retail space for healthcare and lifestyle-related products, focusing on consumer-grade medical devices for health monitoring, rehabilitation equipment, and consumables. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for healthcare products, a proven track record in channel sales, experience managing and training retail promoters, and expertise in retail inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Development & Management:Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key retail partners to expand sales channels.

   Conduct product training sessions for retail partners and promoters to ensure a thorough understanding of product benefits and usage.
   Provide support to retail partners and promoters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a seamless sales process.
   
6. Reporting & Analysis:Prepare regular sales and inventory reports, highlighting achievements, trends, and areas for improvement.
   Analyze sales and inventory data to identify growth opportunities and create action plans to address gaps.
   
7. Market Insights & Feedback:Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitive products, and industry trends.
   Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights to enhance the product range.
   

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the healthcare or FMCG consumer goods industry. Experience in managing and training retail promoters and overseeing retail inventory is essential.
• Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage relationships with retail partners, promoters, and inventory stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare and lifestyle products, including medical devices and consumables, as well as retail inventory management best practices.
• Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

About the Role

The Project Sales Manager will act as liaison between the company project team and clients, providing information on planning, delivering, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance repair related knowledge from securing to closing of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acquiring and managing project sales for air-con products/systems.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.
• Understanding clients’ need and customize proposal/quotation accordingly to their needs.
• Responsible for the project budget evaluation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned projects on time.
• Work closely with the company’s internal sales and installation teams in executing the projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience, prior experience in air-con / M&E works will be advantageous.
• Good experience in ACMV and HVAC Chiller will be an added advantage.
• Relevant sales experience with strong project management, planning and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter, innovative and highly results-driven.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
