Responsibilities:

· Handle clients / distributors’ enquiries (phone, email or fax)

· Process clients’ sales order and documentation

· Sales order monitoring and coordinating with production

· Monitoring / coordinate on shipment / delivery schedules

· Work closely with Logistics Department, etc

Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma in Engineering

· With relevant experience

· Knowledge in import & export shipment is an added advantage

· PC Literate

· Good communication and administrative skills
