Location: West Area near Jurong East MRT

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, with alternate Saturday 8:30am to 12 noon.

Salary will commensurate with experiences and suitability

Responsibilities:

· Process and follow-up quotations with clients

· Issue material requisition form

· Coordinate with Production Department

· Prepare documentation for shipment

· Organize and maintain reference files

· Consolidation monthly report

Requirements:

· ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma

· Relevant working experience

· Good communication skills
