Sales

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives
• Oversee the strategizing, execution, and refinement of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Set direction, review progress and making mid-course corrections

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/International Marketing
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level Hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to multitask.
• Well verse in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing projects or campaigns

• To service existing accounts, activate and develop new user’s accounts

To secure, manage and achieve maximum room sales for D'Resort to meet revenue forecasts.

The Job:

• Develop, service and manage designated accounts, maintaining relationship with key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities, follow up on business referrals/enquiries and potential sales
• Conduct site inspection for potential clients
• Generate proposals and contracts
• Solicit long term lease with corporate clients
• Provide feedback to Sales Leadership on market situation and competitors’ activities
• Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
• Work with sales leadership to generate ‘out of box’ ideas for sales and motivational initiatives in developing promotional packages and sales strategies
• Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports and identifying the process of yielding when required
• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ of experience in hospitality/hotel industry

Duties

· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how specific products and services can meet these needs

· Help customers select products to meet customers’ needs, product specifications, and regulations

· Emphasize product features that will meet customers’ needs, and exhibit the capabilities and limitations of their products

· Answer customers’ questions about the prices, availability, and uses of the products they are selling

· Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements

· Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing

· Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as information on selling strategies and marketing information

· Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns they might have

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issues delivery orders, invoices, debit/credit memos, job orders, consignment notes, etc
• Manage basic accounting entries
• Process and coordinate deliveries to our retailers and customers
• Attend to customers’ requests and provide good after-sales support.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries from both online and offline sales channels.
• Submit invoices by electronic data interchange.
• Process and disseminate daily & weekly reports.
• Data management and filing.
• Liaise with our 3rd party service providers to provide delivery and installation services.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Min GCE 'N/O' level, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment
• Meticulous and result-driven

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive service mind-set
• Proficient in Business Central will be an advantage
