We are seeking a contract staff member to join our Advertising, Marketing & Promotions (AMP) team within our Commercial Division. The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions aimed at enhancing customer engagement and enriching the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of airport-wide marketing campaigns and promotions (e.g., seasonal promotions, special events) to drive concession sales.
• Assist in coordinating in-airport advertising and publicity assets, including obtaining approvals from internal stakeholders and liaising with production partners.
• Develop and implement social media and digital content aligned with brand messaging to maximize visibility.
• Manage premium redemption processes and event staffing.
• Collaborate with tenants and partners on promotional deals and assets.
• Address customer feedback related to airport-wide campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with tracking and processing marketing expenditures.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Contribute to other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties as required.

• Degree holders with a preference of Mass Communication, Business/Marketing, or Hospitality/Tourism.
