KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team on experimental projects and campaigns across content creation, social media strategy, reporting and analysis
• Work closely across departments to develop and implement campaign and marketing strategies
• Execute and manage social media content (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
• Write, edit and publish marketing content through email marketing, websites and social media channels
• Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
• Assist in daily administrative or ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Available from May - Oct 2024
• Pursuing a polytechnic education with a focus in marketing
• Good knowledge of marketing communications (both offline and digital), research, creative and media processes, as well as preparation of marketing reports to track progress/impact of marketing initiatives
• Meticulous and possess a strong eye for design, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner across a range of communication platforms creatively
• Strong project management, presentation, writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Creative self-starter who is able to work effectively in a team
• Adept at handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Adobe creative suite

Job Description

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales and marketing team meets their quotas and goals.
• Develop marketing and product strategies to enhance brand visibility in Asia, ensuring consistent brand image and positioning across diverse distribution markets.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Lead and manage the local marketing and in-home demonstration team, providing strategic marketing guidance to support the sales department.
• Oversee content management for social media accounts and SEO/SEM campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage the brand's websites in local and export markets, along with other digital platforms.
• Create effective marketing and promotional materials such as catalogs, campaign booklets, and engagement tools.
• Safeguard brand integrity by enforcing brand and marketing guidelines in local and overseas markets.
• Execute corporate communication and Public Relations responsibilities.
• Provide marketing communication, branding, and product training to local and export sales teams.
• Foster brand goodwill and visibility in the region.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (retail, product, customer service, after-sales service) to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage A&P budget documentation and ensure budget vs. expenses alignment.
• Monitor monthly budget utilization, coordinating closely with the finance team to maintain financial control.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Marketing / E-Commerce or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of Marketing experience
• Prior experience in interior design/flooring industry is advantageous
• Prior experience in creative agencies supporting interior design/flooring/furniture is advantageous
• Experience in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google+)
• Sales driven mentality
• Familiar with analytics tools, web management tools and Adobe suite
