Job Responsibilities:

• Provide project management, implementation, and maintenance support to customers on a wide range of systems and storage solutions.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to resolve issues, either remotely or at customers' premises.
• Successfully implement systems according to the plan, design, and schedule.
• Produce various types of documentation, including, System configurations, Recovery guides, User Acceptance Test (UAT) reports
• Prepare and deliver service reports and project signoff reports.

Requirement:

The potential candidate is required to have the following:

• A degree in Computer Studies or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Nutanix and VMware, is a must.

Sales Executive
