• Responsible for revenue generation.
• Executive business plan.
• Formulate and review product pricing.
• Coordinate evaluations and trials.
• Manage and support key accounts.
• To review and report, where applicable, on performance to General Manager-Sales.
• Any other duties as assigned by General Manager-Sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Engineering or business-related fields.
• At least 2 years of Industrials Sales and Marketing experience.
• Proven ability of develop business opportunities and achieve success in account growth and revenue generation. Proficient in handling technical and service issues.
• Possess own vehicle.

• Knowledge in CNC machining will be added advantage.
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Develop new business clients, maintaining existing customer relationships and execute sales strategies.
• Respond to enquiries, follow up, provide technical solution to clients on co's products & services.
• Review customers enquiries & quotation.
• Achieve corporate sale targets.

- Generating of sales invoices using EPB system

- Arranging delivery to customers on a timely basis

- Competent with computer work including using excel, word, EPB and internet explorer

- Other adhoc duties as assigned

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- 5 1/2 day work per week

- Lunch provided (Monday to Friday)

This position is responsible for the prospecting and acquiring new accounts, managing accounts of existing clients, addressing customer's requests, complaints and needs as well as foster a long-term relationship with the customer by demonstrating high service standards. 1. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account-related matters.

2. Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships. 3. Conduct after-sales activities and promote company products and services via cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.

4. Act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, its competitiveness relative to market products, as well as market and industry trends.

6. Actively source for new prospects and convert them to leads to generate new accounts for the company.
