The client is a Japanese development-oriented company for microelectronics testing, a worldwide leader, especially in the field of Semiconductor testing equipment (Probe card, Test socket). Their global subsidiaries are located in the United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Germany, with around 1,500 employees worldwide. Their target is to act closely with our customers, manufacturers for simplifying order receiving and maintenance system. Your main tasks are particularly the following:

• Acquisition and having business negotiation with customers in the field of the Semiconductor industry
• Building up the new key account platform to expand the sales efforts
• Presentation of the company’s products to the customers
• Creating offers and have contract negotiations with business partners for general agreements
• Working with the technical support team to resolve technical questions or develop solutions for the customers

• Direct Sales Management of Major customers in the Night Vision market segment as defined by the company’s strategy
• Identify major and potential high revenue contributors
• Identify key programs in the relevant market segment
• Understand the mechanisms and government driven tenders across Asia Pacific
• Establish a sales plan driving penetration, design-in process, market share capture and revenue growth at the major customers

• Support of direct accounts and distributors during pre-and post-sales phase
• Reporting on improvements for the ISO quality management system

• Take charge of daily operation matter of the outlet and ensure standard operation flow
• Conduct routine outlet hygiene check and inventory check
• Organize and control daily business activities
• Create and execute of sales,profit and staff development
• Coordinate the entire operation of all the outlets during schedule shifts
• Manage staff discipline and performance issues

Responsibilities

You will be a Business Analyst focussing on Front Office requirements on Murex. This would include extending the existing implementation with these new product types as well as support for other stakeholders throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure the proposed solution in Murex
• Work closely with the test team to review test cases and coverage, analyse defects and provide Murex configuration advise
• Augment the existing team members to fill capability gaps and backfill existing team members, as required
• Some level of thought leadership on solution design for FO in Murex will be expected
• Provide specialist markets technology solutions to assist in simplifying the existing architecture and automating the existing process
• Participate and Lead requirements workshops, sometimes including a large number of business SMEs who are geographically distributed.

Skills

Must have

• Engineering degree (Bachelor or Masters) or equivalent or master’s degree in Finance/Business
• Preferably 3-6 years of hands-on Murex Development/ Integration/ Business Analysis experience
• Have a minimum 2 years working in Financial Markets with strong domain knowledge with exposure to multiple asset classes
• Strong functional experience across most or all of the following asset classes -Interest Rate Derivatives, FX Cash, FX Derivatives, Structured Products, Money Markets, Liquidity
• Knowledge of pricing and the end-to-end workflow of a trade in the Murex platform
• Experience working on a large scale migration/implementation/upgradation project would be beneficial
• Experience managing small teams
• Customer focus mentality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands through:

• Contacting new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities and providing these businesses with the best solution for their business goal.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
• Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
• Must be a strong communicator with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation).
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (to handle enquiry from Indonesian speaking customer and document in Bahasa Indonesia).
