Job Description:

• Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements
• Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets
• Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments
• Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme
• Assist in refining company’s sales strategy and processes
• Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)
• Meticulous and great attention to details
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proactive and can solve problems independently
• Work well with others as a good team player
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus

As a Sales Manager (Outsourcing Accounting Firm), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals within the accounting industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and networking within accounting firms.
• Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
