• Provide access to course reserves in support of teaching and learning, including the overseeing the operations to process, track, and re-shelve reserves in a timely manner.

• Ensure the maintenance of the libraries including basic troubleshooting of equipment and working condition of library facilities.

• Assist in office administrative work which includes (but is not limited to) rostering of staff and Student Assistants, updating of statistics, budget tracking, procurement etc.

• Participate in service or space transformation initiatives or projects.

• Deliver AOH (after office hours) services during designated evening and weekend opening hours
