The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders and the HRBP Team to drive organizational effectiveness through tailored HR strategies and processes. Organisational Development

• Performance Management – Own and manage the approach, development and process of audax Performance Management. This includes and is not limited to designing, refining and deploying the mid and annual Audax Review Cycle.

As a Data Center Segment expert, the Sales Engineer is responsible for leading, developing sales strategies and plans as well as generate new business opportunities to the company.

The position does this by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with potential and existing key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the power generation business.
