Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels from conception to analysis.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 1 year experience in marketing or a similar role.

2. Creative and passionate about marketing, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and channels including social media platforms.

3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

4. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Technical Competencies:

1. Experience with tools like Hootsuite or MailChimp, and major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat.

2. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics for tracking and reporting marketing performance.

3. Familiar with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

4. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

• Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services

• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including incorporation, strike-off, preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters

• Onboard new clients in accordance with policies and procedures

• Liaise with statutory bodies, banks and other third-party business partners as and when required

• Attending and drafting of minutes of general meeting, board and board committee meetings

• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in corporate secretarial field

• Conscientious and meticulous, good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure

• Proactive and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines

• Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in dynamic corporate environment

• Strong verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant regulations

• Relevant experience in handling listed companies assignments (preferred)
