PROJECT SALES MANAGER, HVAC
The Project Sales Manager will act as liaison between the company project team and clients, providing information on planning, delivering, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance repair related knowledge from securing to closing of a project.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.
- Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements.
- Responsible for acquiring and managing project sales for air-con products/systems.
- Support on calculating total cost of project and establishing a tendering budget cost.
- Understanding clients’ need and customize proposal/quotation accordingly to their needs.
- Attend site meeting and involve in discussion with clients and consultants.
- Conduct site surveys with supplier, contractors and clients. Monitory all phases of project through various reports and communicate to customers
- Coordinate with supplier, contractor and client for smooth delivery and timely completion of project.
- Work with different technical discipline internal or external vendors to meet technical requirements.
- Provide monthly reporting on assigned vertical secured and revenue attainment as well as non-financial report to management team.
- Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer(s) to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level.
- Monitor and collect competitors’ activities in market and report periodically directed by company.
- Responsible for the project budget evaluation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned projects on time.
- Work closely with the company’s internal sales and installation teams in executing the projects.
- Carry out any ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience, prior experience in air-con / M&E works will be advantageous.
- Relevant sales experience with strong project management, planning and organization skills.
- Able to work independently and work as a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Allowance:
Transport allowance will be provided for personal car.
